Information session: Indefinite employment for employees on fixed-term contracts

In 2013, a new labor rule was passed to allow fixed-term employees to be eligible for indefinite employment having worked at the same company for over 5 years. This rule is also applicable for employees of Hitotsubashi University, and from April 2018 onwards you may be eligible for indefinite employment.

Tetsuro Kinoshita, the legal advisor for the Hitotsubashi Union, will give a lecture covering the labor law, and will be on-site to provide advice and to answer any questions you may have. Participation is free and all are welcome to join. Advice will be available in English and Japanese.
